Sonia Masete

Sonia is the creative force behind every menu at Lilitha. With 20 years of experience as a head chef, she designs dishes that reflect both classical technique and contemporary flair. Her kitchen is her sanctuary, where she sources the finest ingredients and transforms them into culinary experiences that define the success of an event.
